Poor Experience Purchased a KIA Forte instead of a Honda Civic, because the sales manager Mr. Dangelo said he could beat the deal. Honda was $200 month with 7500 dow Purchased a KIA Forte instead of a Honda Civic, because the sales manager Mr. Dangelo said he could beat the deal. Honda was $200 month with 7500 down for 5 years. Mr Dangelo said he could do the car for 16,500 and the payment would only be 175/month. He also promised to have us out the door in one hour. well 3.5 hours later we were signing the paperwork. we were drained from sitting there all day and failed to realize he changed it to 75 months instead of 60. smooth move on his part, not so cool for me. Next we discover the windshield has a crack. No problem, Mr Dangelo states just come back we will give u a loaner and the windshield will be replaced. My son comes back the following wednesday and is told he can't get a loaner the last one just left and he isn't over 21 so they can't ever give him a loaner. So the next day he drives back to pick up his car and the plates were installed from the car we traded in. two days later i get a call saying our plates are ready. The plates they put on the car could not be transferred over so now my son is driving with illegal plates. And they won't deliver them to our house because we have to sign for them. Overall this has been a huge mistake choosing KIA over Honda. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
