Oil change disaster drove 20 min oil pored out car shut down towed away. Manager was uncaring. Said accidents happen no big deal. No car for me to use. No wonder the support help is so arrogant when you call and while you are there. I had them xx on a recall and was told there wasn’t one. There is. They tried to charge me for the oil change that was part of buying there. More
