Have been going to this location for many years and have taken many kinds of vehicles. Service is great, only downfall is time. I always wait in the lobby while Maintenance is performed and past few times i taken many kinds of vehicles. Service is great, only downfall is time. The Service Manager Lee and the Head Mechanic Fred went above and beyond for us on our way to FL. We were traveling form MD to FL when our Ford Powerstroke broke down, Luckily we happened to be near Racewa above and beyond for us on our way to FL. We spoke to Lee and he went out of his way to help get us back on the road. We also got the pleasure of have Fred the Head Mechanic work in our vehicle with his expertise. Lee and Fred are amazing.
