Micheal Van xxxx at this dealership is the most knowledgeable and skilled salesman I have ever gotten a truck from. He explained everything about everything. No detail was left untouched. And we have had several chevys from other dealerships. We originally came to look at another truck however it was way beyond what we wanted to spend. Mike suggested we look at some other trucks in the lot that were more of what we needed and at a price point that was more comfortable for us. The selection they had was very good. After taking a spin in a truck I liked and talking numbers, Unfortunately the end price and payment options after our down payment and trade in were considered still did not fit what my “goals” were in regards to buying a new vehicle. I was ready to call it a day, it was no ones fault just bad timing and other financial commitments. Mike literally asked “what can I do to make you leave in this truck, what can I do to make this new truck A reality for you?”. This made me feel like he honestly understood us and our goals and wanted us to be happy but knew the current offer just wasn’t enough. After a few negotiations we both met in the middle and I couldn’t be more please with my new truck and the entire purchase process. Also huge shout out to the gentleman in finance (Kory?) he explained everything to us and was just a total joy to chat with while we finished up the fine details. He made a long day of buying a new truck end in an even brighter note! He talked with us like we were life long friends. Not many people these days are skilled in customer service like this team! We left in our new truck at the end of the day, I’m sure everyone was dying to head home but we were never rushed out and they continued to take the time needed to make us feel like important customers and go over a few more little things.
