Worst experience ever. I spent FOUR hours in their dealership. I finally signed the papers. Drove the Ford Explorer home. TWO weeks passed and I still hadn’t received my payment booklet. I had to call and ask where it was, comes to find out they never finalized my loan, didn’t bother to tell me! When I started to question what had happened, suddenly no one wants to answer my texts, calls, or emails. Worst customer service ever! My hands are tied, I have no idea what to do at this point with all of their reps avoiding helping me! More

No Pressure, Easy Purchasing Experience, Excellent Service In order to determine the exact make and model which would be best for us we visited numerous dealerships both local and out of the area. Kevin Lindeman was the Sales Representative we dealt with at Raabe Ford during this initial process and we were very impressed with the down to earth, no pressure, atmosphere exhibited by Kevin as well as the entire staff at Raabe. Once we made the decision that we wanted a new 2015 Ford Edge we competitively shopped it. Even though Raabe was initially not the lowest price we gave Kevin and Raabe Ford a shot at matching it because of the excellent service we received during our initial visit. Kevin matched the price with no questions asked and our order to the factory was placed. When the car was delivered eight weeks later the excellent serviced continued. Kevin spent time showing us how to operate all of the new features and the finance person, Jamie Bell, made the paperwork easy.
