Do not do business here. I came in looking for a car for my son and found one we were interested in. I was in a car ready to trade out of with the title in my hand. I was told their car was not ready to sell, and I asked the salesman to please let me know when it was ready. I didn't hear from the salesman by Saturday, so I reached out, and he said the car was still not ready for sale. I heard nothing on Monday, so on Tuesday(today), I messaged the salesman, and he said the car I wanted from them was sold to someone else. And they were no longer interested in purchasing my car unless I bought one of theirs. The salesman said he asked me for a deposit. That is not true. He did not. I told him I would have the car inspected by my mechanic before i would buy it. My trade offer from them was $2,000 over what their car was selling for. Pretty good deposit if he asked but didn't. Once I found out they sold it out from under me and the salesman started being rude, hostile, and quoting things, I didn't say I asked to speak to the owner. Another rude person calls me right away, claiming to be the GSM. He was defensive and extremely rude. I told him I told the salesman I was going to have the Accord pre-purchase inspected like a reasonable person would because it could have been a lemon with 150,000 miles on it. He begins to explain to me that lemons only apply to new cars. Just flat out rude and argumentative. Didn't give a crap and told me they no longer wanted my car. The car I wanted to buy my son if my mechanic checked it first is still listed on their website as available today. All liars. Just talk to me like crap, lie, and walk away. This is why car dealerships and salesmen have such a bad wrap. This type of behavior. Still never got to talk to the owner. Do yourself a favor and shop at one of the many other choices in DFW. I do want to thank them, however, for showing my son at 15 years old how not to be treated at a dealership. He really did want that Accord you still have listed. Liars. More

I was following a Saleen Mustang they had for sale. At the time they provided Carfax reports, which I applaud them for the transparency. I was shocked that when I went to their site the price had increased over $14K and the Carfax report had been removed. They have since removed all Carfax reports from their sight. Buyer beware! More

Sold us a car with a fuel leak that the mechanic didn’t find because the car was totally out of gas when we took it to the inspection. Once we signed the papers and filled it up, found out there was a leak find because the car was totally out of gas when we took it to the inspection. I’m sure it’s not normal practice for them to sell cars with no gas but it’s a good way to hide a major issue. More

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT do business with RPM Garage. I bought a 2010 Dodge Challenger R/T "Mopar" Edition from this dealerahip less than 15 days ago. I have driven it DO NOT do business with RPM Garage. I bought a 2010 Dodge Challenger R/T "Mopar" Edition from this dealerahip less than 15 days ago. I have driven it less than 40 miles and it is now apparent that this 1-owner, no accidents, "Mopar" Edition R/T has been wrecked with major damage. And although the dealership legally stated in the final contract that they were unaware of any major damage and DID NOT complete Major repairs, they purposely lied. The front bumper was replaced, front fenders, as well as the front wide-body mods removed and not replaced after repair. All of the AC vents are detached, has a very loud clicking noise behind the dash (that I question the saleaman about), no working interior lights, no working key fob, no anti-theft alarm, no heated leather seats as advertised, no spare tire, ALL badges removed, even from the Shaker hood, Mopar Shaker Hood tool missing, no fluids serviced under the hood and I cannot drive over 60 mph without a high vibration. As you can see on their website, they have nicely maintained cars. When I voiced my concerns to my salesman before the purchase, he assured me that they would have the car ready to go. At this point, this car would not even pass an inspection and I do not trust RPM Garage. I also never received my free steak dinner offered for catching the dealership in a lie about the Mopar Edition not actually being a Mopar 10. Sadly, as I woman, I feel they were purposely deceptive.
