Unfortunately, you have to give at least one star for the review to go through, otherwise it would have none. Bought a 07 Audi, was promised that everything was great with the car, even though it didn't start when we wanted to take it for a test drive. That should've been my first clue to get the vehicle inspected by someone, but I didn't. Signed all the paperwork, was basically told I needed to get some third party car warranty (DO NOT get the warranty; they will tell you to pay for the tear down, and that they will only replace the part with the part they choose if it failed because of a covered component). We request that the car have a full service, and that the battery be replaced with a new battery (as the current one wouldn't hold a charge). Took one full week of me calling/texting just about every day to see if the car was ready. Finally picked the vehicle up, and it didn't make it five miles before the check engine light came on. Hoses all need to be replaced. Got those replaced, took a road trip to Canada and 20 miles outside of Billings, MT the car completely cut out. At 80mph, everything just shut off, then every single warning light started flashing. Turns out, the battery was bad (or simply recharged and never replaced, unlike what we were promised), which stranded us on the side of the road. Got the vehicle running again, and made it to Great Falls, MT when we started hearing a grinding noise coming from underneath the vehicle (when I say we, it was my entire family including a 1&2yr old). Put the hazards on, and limped it back to Great Falls where we find out that the differential is shot, and the knuckle is just about seized. All in all, set us back just over $4k, nothing covered by this so-called insurance, and no help whatsoever from this garbage dealer. So, my recommendation, stay away. If you do decide to buy something there, please get someone you know or a decent mechanic to look over the entire vehicle; you never know what has happened to it even though they claim all their vehicles are clean, reliable and freshly traded in to dealerships. Oh, and just a quick mention, when I went to pickup the vehicle that I was so excited to bring home to my family, the tank was on empty. They couldn't even fill it up. More

Buyer beware, odometer roll back. Bought a car from this dealership and Mustapha Ramadan in Sept. 2016, and within days began to have power and oil consumption issues. We had the car l Bought a car from this dealership and Mustapha Ramadan in Sept. 2016, and within days began to have power and oil consumption issues. We had the car looked at by our mechanic and we were told the turbos were going out due to high mileage, thus the oil and power issues. We brought the car back to the dealer and then to their mechanic where the diagnosis was the same. When we bought this car we were shown a clean Car Fax by the dealer, a title with 70,XXX miles and a signed odometer disclosure statement signed by Mustapha Ramadan the salesman. We have since gotten our own Car Fax report which showed between 2/2014 and 2/2015 the mileage had gone down from 95,XXX to 65,XXX, this was not shown on the dealers Car Fax or paperwork. We have traveled several times to try to resolve this issue with no resolve. I believe Mustapha Ramadan is comfortable with the practice of mileage roll back even though it violates State and Federal laws. If you have bought through this dealer look at your paperwork closely, if you have yet to buy a used car do not buy from this dealer, the owner and most of all Mustapha Ramadan. This business appears to thrive on deceptive business practices, and that practice appears alive and well in their sales staff. More
