I gave RK Subaru 4 Stars because of the extreme efforts put forth by our salesman. He was not informed of 2025 changes made by Subaru in Standard features at the various model levels. He had to scurry aro put forth by our salesman. He was not informed of 2025 changes made by Subaru in Standard features at the various model levels. He had to scurry around to find appropriate people from 3 or 4 departments to process our CASH purchase paperwork. This was because the key people were given off without a known stand-in. It resulted in my wife and I spending 6 hours vice 2 - 3 hours sitting around the dealership. More
