We had the pleasure of having Will Link as our salesman on our resent purchase 1/24, he listened to our wants,needs, and expectations to make a trade in and sales deal work. I gave RK Subaru 4 Stars because of the extreme efforts put forth by our salesman. He was not informed of 2025 changes made by Subaru in Standard features at the various model levels. He had to scurry around to find appropriate people from 3 or 4 departments to process our CASH purchase paperwork. This was because the key people were given off without a known stand-in. It resulted in my wife and I spending 6 hours vice 2 - 3 hours sitting around the dealership. More
