I had a great experience with the sales team, but the follow-up has been very disappointing. I purchased a car in Vineland and live in Delaware. Since August 13, I have been asking about my expiring temp follow-up has been very disappointing. I purchased a car in Vineland and live in Delaware. Since August 13, I have been asking about my expiring temporary tag. The tag has now expired, and I have not been able to drive my car for three days due to a lack of follow-up. It seems either the dealership is unwilling to issue another tag or the staff is not managing requests properly. I am very disappointed with how this has been handled. More

Today I purchased a 2024 Subaru Legacy and Tom Rogari, my salesman, was excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable. I have another Subaru dealership that is closer to me, but I drive to RK because of T salesman, was excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable.
