disappointed!!!!!!!!!! I took my car here a few times and I'm so upset with my last visit! I left with my car in worse condition and no one could give me a explanation or ma I took my car here a few times and I'm so upset with my last visit! So now they are wanting me to pay over 1,000 for a new exhaust when there was nothing wrong with my exhaust ... I dropped my car off to get brakes and rotars an tires fixed and blower checked! I get a call saying they found a exhaust leak , then it turn into its cracked, they he said i need new gaskets ..... I'm so confused !!! I turned on my car after paying what they worked on and my mouth dropped it did not sound or run like it did when i dropped it off... they said they didn't do it and it just happen from being up north well i haven't been up north in that car in over a year!!! They said the hoist didn't crack it.. its from rust!!! I feel that if u break it u buy it well it wasn't broke when i got there ... I worked for gm for almost 10 yrs i know what a broken exhaust sounds like just cause I'm a woman doesn't mean i don't know my vechles!!! Its pretty upsetting when i kept getting referred to the lady with a baby!!!!!! No that isn't my name and that wasn't professional!!!! i then brought my husband there so they would know we were serious and they still gave us there run around!!!!No one would give a explanation!!!! I will never take my cars here again .......this should of been a easy result and its ending in a very upset customer ... your website states a lot what you will do to make sure you do it for us but you truly didn't work with us !!! Broke down while in Virginia Beach on vacation. Turned out to be a bad fuel pump. Was nice of them to fit me into the schedule but it still took them 3 days to fix the truck. They charged me: $1227.00 to out to be a bad fuel pump. Was nice of them to fit me into the schedule but it still took them 3 days to fix the truck. They charged me: $1227.00 to fix my replace a fuel pump and a brake line they said was broken. Total was a whopping 1,227.00 to perform this service. Holy CRAP!!! I found that the fuel pump (geninue AC Delco) part is $69.00. They charged me $485 for this part. This was HIGHWAY ROBBERY. They were able to get me back on the road but boy did it cost me. I guess I was hoping they I could find a Chevy dealership that did not prey on people. I WAS WRONG. Recommend go to one of the other dealerships in the area. UPDATE I was contacted by the owner of the dealership which surprised me. He informed me that the part included a module that I was not made aware of. The cost of this module was more than the 70 fuel pump. He offered to do whatever it takes to make me happy. We settled and I am now a happy customer. Thanks for taking the time to contact me.
