Thought they were good My mom purchased my car in July 2016 from RK Chevy big mistake. Within two months we happen to look under the hood the battery was completely damaged with battery acid everywhere probably causing some damage to my other parts under the hood. When we talked to the manager he said well it is a used car "newsflash" it is your job as a dealership to have your cars up to part for customers.We had to pay half of the total battery cost which is riduclous for just have brought the car. They seem Not to give a care. Not to mention the car wasnt even cleaned in the inside there was food trash and old recepits from the previous owner when purchased. Months later my check engine light is coming on and off. And my warranty they gave me expired in 2 months it makes no sense. Now the car most likely needs more work. And they are gonna give me crap about it. I would avoid this car dealarship if at all possible. More
