This being the first vehicle, I have ever financed, I've always bought cheap pieces of, well you know, cash sales... I had no credit established, not more than $500 to my name, they brought me in. We looked always bought cheap pieces of, well you know, cash sales... I had no credit established, not more than $500 to my name, they brought me in. We looked over 25 vehicles in my range, I told them what I needed and they helped me locate a quality vehicle, I was allowed to go over the car top to bottom, to include, allowing them to raise it on the rack, to view the undercarriage. Then we returned to the sales office, that was the worst part, it takes a few hours there. But they made it real enjoyable for me, lots of other buyers to talk to, they never ignored me, weren't rude in any way. I was so happy, from start to finish, after the wait, I departed with a very nice, clean, running late model SUV. The payments were adjusted to what I can afford, all I had to do was make them on time, I owned that car in just a few years, I'll buy there again, if I need another car, very happy customer. Not to mention, the sales staff, aren't on commission, so they aren't the typical pushy punks, that you'd expect from a dealership, they were very professional. More
I was assured I was being sold a used late model car that would last the length of my car loan. Well, that didn't happen. I now have a car with a $300.00 car payment that I can't drive because the transmis would last the length of my car loan. Well, that didn't happen. I now have a car with a $300.00 car payment that I can't drive because the transmission needs to be replaced. Nobody from this place wants to talk to me about it, nobody will return any calls. The finiance company doesn't care and is only interested in knowing when my next payment will be made. I will make my next payment when xxxx freezes over. I keep telling them I can't pay for a car I can't drive and they don't care. Because of this I will now have to declare bankruptcy, I am so disappointed in this it literally makes me feel like puking. I feel I was lied to and mislead by these people. they took advantage of me and the fact that I had bad credit-now I am worse off than I was before I bought the dumb car. I really don't know how to recover from this-and they don't give a xxxx. More
they sold me a car that was a little over priced @ 21% intrest what a scam. I was having issuse with the brakes within 30 days after purchase so I took it to a brake shop the showed me the bad rotors b intrest what a scam. I was having issuse with the brakes within 30 days after purchase so I took it to a brake shop the showed me the bad rotors but they showed me were the brakes just got replaced. The brake shop told me that I needed needed new rotors, pads at the cost of almost $ 400.00 thankfully I had the extra money I had all the stuff done. Their saftey inspection said the brakes were good. My advise for any of you is to have your own saftey check done before the purchase of the car. Long story short I called them and spoke with the salse manager and he pretty much told me to go pound sand. Well I wrot them a letter and certified maile it to them giving them 7 days to reimburse me or I would take it up with the dealer board and make sure they pay or loose their dealers license. A couple of days later they called me and said come get your check. Well that was the wrong additude to take with me I have been messed over by another car lot before. All dealerships must fix any saftey items ie Brakes, lights etc it is one of their requirements set by the dealer board. If you ever have any issues with saftey items n a car you can report them to the Colorado Dealer Board. More

I have been trying to purchase a car from these folks for almost two months! I sent my preferences to them and was told to look at their inventory on the net and make some selections. Did that! David calle almost two months! I sent my preferences to them and was told to look at their inventory on the net and make some selections. Did that! David called and told me that all of the cars I had chosen were either sold or were not "good choices". He also told me that their listed cars all have "minimum" down payments that are not based on a percentage of the listed sale price. The amount is what they need to cover the cost of the vehicle so they don't get burned if the deal goes bad. Again, he asked me if I had been approved for financing and what amount. I said I had applied through the link on their site. He said he would check with their finance guy and chose some cars based on what he told him and my preferences. I told David that I could not afford a car over $5000 based on the required down payment and what I could afford in monthly payments. He told me that not all of their cars are listed on the net. Since I would be driving down from Eagle, he said he would make sure that they were on his lot and ready to test drive. That was a month ago! To date, I have received three emails from David asking if I have approved financing and what the amount is. I have sent him three replies informing him that I have a large bonus coming. I told him that I want to make a purchase of around $7000 and I would be putting 50-75% down if not 100% depending on what cars he had chosen for me. I still have not recieved his list of cars but I have received another email telling me to go to their site and make choices from their inventory there!!! My guess is that all the media coverage about how cars are NOT selling are all lies and that David is just too busy to get me that list (which by the way, sounds like them telling me what car I want to buy) Up until yesterday, they were the only dealership I was dealing with and I told them so as I don't want 50 different sales people telling me what car I want to buy. I have moved on to AutoTrader.com and have chosen 6 or 7 cars I would like to test drive. What I have been surprised about is that my inbox is not full of emails from sales people trying to sell me a car they chose for me. More

Some parts of this dealership are very good; some parts need to be watched and reviewed for errors or less than acceptable work. But, when all is said and done, the superior components over compensate to deliver the promised product, that is, for me, my car. I worked with Jeremy Scott, salesman. Jeremy oversaw and facilitated the completion of work to my satisfaction. Each of the individuals with whom I worked, from Jeremy in sales; to Justin and Debbie, managers; to Jess, the detailer -- each endeavored in their tasks to my satisfaction. I found the car on the internet. For being in inventory for six months and brought to the lot nearest me for my inspection, the interior was dirty. Detailed cleaning was performed following my purchase, incompletely and with a requisite second detailing to satisfy my expectations. Personnel with which I interacted, including the owner, are very friendly with no condescending attitudes. More
These people were amazing!!! They worked very hard to get me financed when nobody else would even talk to me because of my credit. I applaud them all! Everyone was friendly and treared me with respect. They me financed when nobody else would even talk to me because of my credit. I applaud them all! Everyone was friendly and treared me with respect. Unlike some of the other folks who've reviewed R.D. Motors, I've had a great experience with them. I went there with less than perfect credit conditions, and understood that because of the position I' Motors, I've had a great experience with them. I went there with less than perfect credit conditions, and understood that because of the position I'd put MYSELF in, I was going to have to accept certain things i.e... not necessarily the choice of vehicles I wanted and not the terms I wanted. But again I, like others, put myself in that position... Having said that, they put me in a good vehicle and after making payments on time for the last year and a half I'm now getting into the exact vehicle I want through them, and at great terms. I'm going back to them even though I don't have to now, simply because of how they've dealt with me in the past. Allowing yourself to get into a bad credit situation means certain things - thats reality and not their fault. More
