His customer service was so personal. He greeted me warmly at the door, invited me into his office, made me feel comfortable, offered me refreshments, then inquired how he could help me. He was so knowledgeable about the business at hand. He inspected and drove my car, was complimentary of how my car looked and drove, and how well I had maintained it. After he researched the KBB value of my vehicle he made me an offer that I could not decline. He handled the transaction so expertly. He was even concerned about how I would get back home. He offered the services of RCH in the event I want to do similar transactions in the future. I will definitely take him up on the opportunity, without hesitation.
