I'm not one to leave online reviews, however my recent visit to RC Hill Mitsubishi in Ocala, FL far exceeded my expectations and resulted in a great vehicle purchase. Both vehicles in our household were visit to RC Hill Mitsubishi in Ocala, FL far exceeded my expectations and resulted in a great vehicle purchase. Both vehicles in our household were totaled inside of one month. We were certainly not expecting to purchase a new/used vehicle anytime soon. We had 6 days to return the rental vehicle after the insurance company totaled the second car. We met salesperson Daniel Gamero at RCH Mitsubishi and asked to see a car we saw online. We didn't have to wait long to see the car and was quickly on a test drive. The car was exactly what we needed at a great price. The online price is the price you pay, no need for price haggling or upselling. The last car we purchased took 5-6 hours to get through everything and was just a tiring experience. Previous experiences had us the last people at 9pm closing down the dealership. At RC Hill, we were finished within 3-3.5 hours. There was no pressure to buy more car than we needed or add additional services. We signed the purchase agreement, then met with the Finance Manager to discuss a few options and sign the financing paperwork. While I waited for the car to be washed and topped off with a full tank of gas, the stress I had been carrying around knowing I have to replace two cars was receding. The car is fantastic, and I felt like Daniel and the rest of his team treated me very fair in this transaction. For the second car replacement, RC Hill Mitsubishi will be our first stop. THANK YOU! Ripped off. Watch what you finance. They got creative deals alright charging twice for the destination fee and didn’t apply all discounts that were promised. Watch what you finance. Horrible company and they tried and explain it away. 2500 is a lot of money to me and I will tell the world how horrible they are. I was told to watch YouTube to get to know my vehicle. More
