RC Hill Mitsubishi-DeLand - Service Center

So far since I have been coming here after having been at Daytona where I bought my car, I have encountered friendly, professional service staff that are good listeners and attentive to my needs and get the Daytona where I bought my car, I have encountered friendly, professional service staff that are good listeners and attentive to my needs and get the work done quickly at reasonable cost. My only issue with them is that the last time I brought the car in to do several things including oil change, multi-point inspection and investigate a check engine light, a couple days later the car started running ragged and not engaging in Drive right away from another gear, and we found out that that the transmission fluid was a quart low. Inwould have thought that topping off, or at least inspecting the transmission, was part of the inspection. I'm taking it back today to have it looked over again. More

I am not happy with this place. They owe me a little bit of money and they have said on several occasions they were going to mail me a check but I never got it. Additionally I have their service plan. When we bought our first car from them taking our car in and getting the oil change and tire rotations took about 30 minutes. Now, even with an appointment we are there at least an hour and a half to two hours. It takes me an hour to get there so now it has become an all day affair. I inquired about canceling the service contract and getting a refund of what was left but no, no refunds allowed. I gave them two stars because their cars they sell are great. Other than that I don't trust anything that they say anymore. More

I just love RC Hill dealership in Deland! First off, I was greeted very nicely by Alexis. I didn’t have an appointment, yet she very sweetly worked me in anyways, alway smiling, always extrem First off, I was greeted very nicely by Alexis. Then “Gio” (Jovanny) proceeded to take care of me with the most professional kindness and courtesy. I am not kidding! It was near the end of the day. He took good care of my car; checked everything appropriately, did not try to upsell me many things that I didn’t need, which always is a concern of mine. He did let me know that what needed to be done and then, get this,!!!…. even though I didn’t have an appointment and it was the end of the day and he did all that work so nicely, he even detailed my car washing it inside and out himself. I cannot tell you the joy that I left that place with , I am so thankful that I got my car there because the service is excellent and the courtesy and kindness is above and beyond. I really assumed they couldn’t take me and I would’ve been fine with that and made an appointment but they went above and beyond to work me in and take the best care of me possible!! Alexis and Gio are an amazing asset to your company, and should be appreciated with raises and moving up the ladder. I am not kidding!!! They acted this way with no one over seeing them and I believe it’s their true personality and sharp business perfection. Thank you both ever so much!! Then Tony walked by me, ( Anthony), who sold me the car 2 1/2 years ago, and still remembered me. He was such a pleasure to do business with, and took a lot of the stress out of buying a new car. I have a lot of family and friends in this area and will always highly recommend this Mitsubishi dealership because of the way I have been incredibly treated so extremely well !!! Thank you, ever so much!!!! More

Excellent customer service. Omar is amazing. Is an A+ that he can speaks Spanish and my husband can talk to him about the concerns. Castillo the tech is very profesional, honest Omar is amazing.
