Great service Dept After seven years, our Mitsubishi Outlander remote died. First of all, good service from the remote. The manual said Don’t change the battery yourself After seven years, our Mitsubishi Outlander remote died. First of all, good service from the remote. The manual said Don’t change the battery yourself! So I went to the Service dept and Barbara and Jessica we’re both pleasant and knowledgeable. Not only did they change the battery on one key remote but showed me how to do it on the second one - which was running low on “juice”. This is just one instance - we’ve always found them to be outstanding in the service department. More

30K service - SUPREME Stopped in for my 30K Service, and while diagnosing a slight hesitation on acceleration, a major problem was found with my transmission - that require Stopped in for my 30K Service, and while diagnosing a slight hesitation on acceleration, a major problem was found with my transmission - that required replacement. Kristian got me in a loaner and had me on my way quickly. Barbara kept me up to date with progress on the repair, and the service team did a SUPREME job of completing the repairs - my Outlander Sport drives like a brand new car!
