I bought a Mitsubishi back in August 2009 and just love the car. It has great pickup and drives very comfortably. On the sales end, Russell is very accommodating and works very well with selling the best car for the money. My wife even wants to buy a car from this dealership because of the excellent service I received from the beginning. Last year I purchased a Mitsu Galant for the wife. When it came time to retire the Jimmy, I went back to RCHill and bought a Mitsu Outlander. I was impressed with the dealer the first time and I am agai it came time to retire the Jimmy, I went back to RCHill and bought a Mitsu Outlander. On Valentine's Day weekend I met with Mr. Bob Young, Sales Associates, with RC Hill for the purpose of test driving the 2009 Outlander. I was in and out of the dealership with a new car in little over 2 hours. Both Bob and Tom, the finance manager, were excellent to deal with, respected my price to 'seal the deal' and I'm very glad to have purchased locally, to continue our family tradition. Bob even sat in the vehicle with me afterwards to review all the ncie features on the dashboard which really calmed me down from the excitement of having a new vehicle, for the first time in 20 years. I feel extremely comfortable in giving Bob a call if I need too and definitely will stop in for scheduled maintenance. This locally owned and operated dealership gets extremely high marks in my book and I will continue to recommend to friends and family to stop by for a looksee when thinkning about getting a new vehicle. It was worth the 2 1/2 drive to get the auto I've had my eye on for over 2 years. The only local dealer in our area didn't seem too willing to make a deal. We had purchased a car previously from this dealer and were treated so well that when we totaled are car it wasn't even a discussion as to where we would go to purchase a new car. We had spoken to Chad by phone and he had us pre approved and a vehicle picked out for us before our arrival. When we arrived at 7pm we had decided that we would like to explore some other options even though he had us set for exactly what we asked for. We were the only customers there it being so late but everyone was so patient. We changed our mind 3 times and finally decided on something we liked. However we were not sure wether our not we could swing the payments. Tom managed to get our payments in the range we told him we had to be including our GAP insurance and the extended warranty. Needless to say we were very pleased. Chad took the car to put gas in it and clean it up while we did the paperwork. Before we left Chad even helped us set up our Bluetooth. The whole experience took 1 and half hours. by far the shortest amount of time we have ever spent in a dealership. Also because we had recently had the accident there was a lot of unfinished business with my old loan. Tom in finance was very patient with us during the proceeding 3 weeks while we worked with our insurance and GAP insurance companies. He could not completely finish the deal until those things were taken care of. We are very happy with our GTS Lancer and would like to thank Chad and Tom for going above and beyond our expectations.
