The 09' Vette is awesome. I spent the whole day yesterday cleaning on it, washing, clay bar, waxing. It looks incredible! Better than new!!!! My wife brought the vehicle in for routine servicing. The quality of work was good but apparently their were a couple of items that needed further attention but the dealer let us pick-up the vehicle with The quality of work was good but apparently their were a couple of items that needed further attention but the dealer let us pick-up the vehicle without discussing those items. The vehicle broke down in South Florida when my wife was driving this week but as far as I can tell, it was not related to the service that we received at the dealer. One of the items that needed further attention was the timing belts which are currently being replaced at a repair shop in South Florida. It is unknown if they were bad or not since this item was not discussed at the dealer when it was there for servicing. The other two items that needed repair were the crank and cam sensors which would not have been detected when the vehicle was being serviced at the dealer. More

Went in with a minor repair need, they did the work quickly (half an hour, with an appointment) but an indicator light still came on, they had to do further work and install an additional part, but sti quickly (half an hour, with an appointment) but an indicator light still came on, they had to do further work and install an additional part, but still charged the original estimated price because they didn't catch the additional problem at first. I'm not sure that many repair shops would do that. They have always been friendly and courteous to me when I've been there. On other occasions I've had my oil changed there when they offered a special coupon and I've appreciated the detailed mechanical inspection report I get back after the oil change. I've had my car for four years with no problems, just routine maintenance. It isn't always convenient for me to drive out there to where they are (35 minutes from my home) but I enjoy going there for needed service when I can combine the trip with other reasons to head that direction. More

I bought a Mitsubishi back in August 2009 and just love the car. It has great pickup and drives very comfortably. On the sales end, Russell is very accommodating and works very well with selling the best car for the money. My wife even wants to buy a car from this dealership because of the excellent service I received from the beginning. On Valentine's Day weekend I met with Mr. Bob Young, Sales Associates, with RC Hill for the purpose of test driving the 2009 Outlander. Bob met me at the door, even tho that weekend's weather was super cold/windy. I test drove the Outlander and then began the prcoess of completing the sale. I was in and out of the dealership with a new car in little over 2 hours. Both Bob and Tom, the finance manager, were excellent to deal with, respected my price to 'seal the deal' and I'm very glad to have purchased locally, to continue our family tradition. Bob even sat in the vehicle with me afterwards to review all the ncie features on the dashboard which really calmed me down from the excitement of having a new vehicle, for the first time in 20 years. I feel extremely comfortable in giving Bob a call if I need too and definitely will stop in for scheduled maintenance. This locally owned and operated dealership gets extremely high marks in my book and I will continue to recommend to friends and family to stop by for a looksee when thinkning about getting a new vehicle.
