We are rating RCHILLS Mitsubishi of Deland,FL, an overall 5 STAR SELLER!! As from the time we emailed them on line and got a quick response & the best quote, to the time we arrived there on 9-3-2010, was n 5 STAR SELLER!! As from the time we emailed them on line and got a quick response & the best quote, to the time we arrived there on 9-3-2010, was nothing but excellent customer service!! We were greeted so friendly!! NO PRESSURE SALES WHAT SO EVER!!!! We were interested in the New Outlander, Jonathan our salesman showed us all the different features in each one, He gave us lots of information! We were impressed! RCHills had lots of vehicles to choose from & all the colors to choose from! They had the color & perfect Outlander we liked! Not like other Dealers where you have to choose between 2 colors! We've been purchasing new vehicles for over 40 years!! We've had several: Fords,Chevy,Toyota,Dodges,& still have another Mitsubishi. THIS HAS BEEN THE FIRST TIME EVER THAT WE HAVE LEFT A DEALER AFTER PURCHASING A VEHICLE THAT WE FELT WE HAD AN HONEST DEAL with NO-REGRETS ABOUT THE PURCHASE!!! This was a smooth and quick purchase! We weren't there all day getting paperwork done, like at other dealers!!! RCHills also followed up immediately that day with a call & emails! To make sure we were completely satisfied!! We never had that happen !!!! Our only re-gret is that we didn't purchase our other Mitsubishi Lancer from RCHILLS !!!!!! Unfortunenately It was purchased from Daytona Mitsubishi, and the whole 7 hours we were there was a BIG NIGHTMARE! We should of left!!!! But we were trying to purchase a car for our daughters graduation, and my husband wasn't with us! so we weren't treated equally!!! We immediately were talked out of the color and car she wanted! and then only 2 color choices! blue or white! we ended up with the blue, and not the color or car she wanted! The paperwork was not the price given, was totally a different price!!! lots of add ons!! The Salesman told us one lie after the other!!!! Immediately after driving off with the Lancer they didn't know us or care about us! Never heard from them!!! We had such a bad experience with Daytona Mitsubishi, we didn't think of ever buying another Mitsubishi! But several people we talked to said they had an excellent experience at: RCHills Mitsubishi in Deland!! A friend of ours LOVES her Outlander, so I wanted to check it out! I'm extremely HAPPY we made the right decision and went to RCHILLS Mitsubishi of Deland, for this Outlander purchase! Hassle free buying!!! Great experience!!! Jonathan in sales was Excellent!!! I had a very positive experience buying my new Mitsubushi Lancer GTS. The sales person, Chad Howell, was very personable and efficient. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles. He knew the dealership stock, but more importantly, he knew all about the cars and provided a quite a bit of good information explaining the car and its features. I felt all the staff were honest and straight forward, and it was not like other experiences I have had in the past at other dealers with stereotypical car salesmen. This was by far the BEST experience we have EVER had purchasing a car! Rock bottom prices to start with and got $1500 more on our trade then any other dealership would give us. They were very helpful in finding a vehicle to meet our needs. Mike (our sales person) was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and very helpful in showing us all of the features of the car. We were having a little trouble with the financing aspect because my boyfriend and I are not married, so the income part was holding us back because they could not include my income. Mike and his manager did not give us on us though and today we drove off in a brand new Mitsubishi Lancer ES. We love it! Thank you so much! More
I just purchased a used 2009 from RC Hill. I'd been looking to change cars for about 3 weeks and had gone to just about every dealership in Daytona (Jon Hall, Daytona Mitsubishi and Toyota) without suc looking to change cars for about 3 weeks and had gone to just about every dealership in Daytona (Jon Hall, Daytona Mitsubishi and Toyota) without success. So I decided to search online. I decided to drive to Deland, 25 miles away, to see if their online offers were real. They were. I was extremely lucky to meet a young salesperson named Shannon A. Shannon is intelligent, knowledgable, and courteous. He treated me with respect; listened to my needs and issues and then helped me find the auto best suited. He never pushed and patiently answered all of my many questions. He even made suggestions, eliminating cars that wouldn't work. He never called, emailed or left needless messages, which I appreciated greatly. Although I was discouraged by Tim, a finance manager, I came back partly because of Shannon's sincere attitude. He seemed ernestly interested in filling my needs. Even after the sale, he accompanied me to my new car and checked throughly to make sure I hadn't left anything in my trade-in. Even though it was nearly 2pm and he hadn't eaten lunch or had a break, he never rushed me. He waited with me in 95 degree heat and didn't return to work until I had driven away. I highly recommend Shannon as a sales person and would purchase my next car from him. Bonus: Women's bathroom is large and very clean. Hic-Cup: Tim, finance manager who was very nice, overly so, forced; angry, pushy, rude; then apologetic, nice and courteous the day of the sale. More
Really positive experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi. I was looking to purchase a used SUV for my son. Talked with Tom (Sales Mgr)over the phone before we went to the dealership and we discussed what I was loo looking to purchase a used SUV for my son. Talked with Tom (Sales Mgr)over the phone before we went to the dealership and we discussed what I was looking for and what price range,etc. Tom was very open and honest over the phone with the pricing of the product and what they could do. Our sales consultant was Chad Howell. Chad was on the same page as Tom. Chad was very friendly and really knows the Mitsubishi product. They really care about you as a customer here and treat you right. Service was great, they are very quick, with most dealers you are there for hours and hours..We walked in RC Hills' around noon and by 1:45 pm est. less then 2 hours later, we had taken the test ride, agreed to a price, signed all the paperwork and drove off the lot with the 2004 Outlander. Over the past several years I have dealt with several dealerships buying cars (Greenway, Maus Toyota, Courtesy Honda) and RC Hill was a much better buying experience. I would highly recommend RC Hills to family and friends as a place to do business with and I would not hesitate to go back there for my next car purchase. More

The following is a letter I sent to RC Hill, owner on 8/17/10 Dear Mr. Hill, Ironically, I just returned home from your dealership this evening. I purchased the Silver 2010 EVO (right off the sho 8/17/10 Dear Mr. Hill, Ironically, I just returned home from your dealership this evening. I purchased the Silver 2010 EVO (right off the showroom floor). I'm so excited about my new car that I'm thinking about getting back in it and driving for another hour. First, let me say that it's been almost 10 years since my wife and I purchased a New vehicle. My experience with new car dealers has been nothing short of terrible and I have dreaded buying a car from anyone other than a private person. High pressure sales, Shady Finance guy, Not honoring follow-up service...I'm sure you understand. Your Sales staff surprised the hell out of me. My wife and I were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Let me tell you about them: Russell is a "straight shooter" who is very knowledgable about the cars he sells. He knew the in and outs of the EVO and was able to proficiently show them to us. He answered all my questions without hesitation and was honest with me during negotiation. Not one time did Russell employ any High-pressure sales. Basically, he told us what we needed to know and let the car sell itself. Also, all information was out in the open...no hidden fee here and extra charge there. This was a refreshing change to how I was accustomed to dealing with salesmen. After we took delivery of the car, Russell also spent several minutes explaining how to work/adjust all the vehicle controls before sending us on our way. Tom also treated me with fairness and honesty. Even though I had obtained financing through my bank at a very low rate, Tom still offered to try and beat it. I am so glad he did because after I left your dealership yesterday I spoke with my bank to inform them I found a car to buy. I was told that the loan officer would look at the paperwork Tuesday morning and call me first thing. Well, by this afternoon, no call. When my wife called them she was told that no one could get to our paperwork for another 1-2 days. Far from what I was told on Monday. When I returned home from work today (an hour late), heard this news, and finally calmed down, I called Tom. He told me that he had financing ready to go at a rate that was acceptable to my budget. If not for Tom's "extra mile" I would have had to wait for my OWN bank to get off its a$$ before I could have picked up my new car. Tim, another great person who was Friendly, Upfront, and Honest. Methodically, he went through the finance paperwork and explained everything we were signing. Again, no secret fees or hidden charges...everything was there in black and white as Tom said on the phone earlier. In closing, Thank you for making this the best new car buying experience I've ever had. Don't be surprised if you see me again when my SUV finally gives out. Sincerely, Don N. More
