My parents have purchased their vehicles from RC and dealt with Chad, so when I needed a new car, this was my first choice. I looked at many other dealerships during my search, but kept coming back to t dealt with Chad, so when I needed a new car, this was my first choice. In the end my car choice no doubt was at RC Hill. Troy was patient after I looked at and test drove many different cars. He explained everything that he could and what he didnt know, he found the answer to. He walked me through every step of the buying process and even stayed later than the dealership was open to help me take the car home that night! Everyone at RC is helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I went in to check out an 2011 Evo MR, scheduled a test drive appt with Russell. Car was parked right out front when i got there. I was in the market for a new car, but wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted to get. I was shopping on-line when I saw and read some info on the Mitsubishi Lancer. I told him, honestly, that I was 'tire kicking" , but to please tell me about this car, its warranty, and anything else he cared to impart! He asked a few pointed questions, and convinced me I just HAD to see this car, and test drive it. The car would speak for itself. So I did, and keeping in mind that I lean towards wishy-washy, Michael took all that with a grain of salt. No hard sales pushing at all. He insisted I get a car I'm going to be 100% happy with, and he was there to make sure that happened, whether it was that day, my next day off, or ? He was great, as was the rest of the team. They all worked past closing time and Mike spent a great deal more time with me after everyone else had left to show me more great things about my new car, and even got my phone hooked up with the Blue Tooth! The whole experience was great, and best of all, I AM very happy with my new Lancer!! More

I was able to make the deal over the phone and I had a trade involved. I have never seen a dealership go to this extent to satisfy a customer. Eddie was great with me, as was the whole team. I drove in from Orlando to sign the papers and drive away and everything was done with great respect and in a timely manner. I have no doubt that while they are a bit out of the way - I will have all my service done through them as well. If you need a vehicle, you must give them call or stop by. More
