I recently purchased a used Chevrolet vehicle from RC Hill. After a week it suffered electrical issues and would not start: The gentlemen who sold me the vehicle, Matt, went above and beyond to make thin Hill. After a week it suffered electrical issues and would not start: The gentlemen who sold me the vehicle, Matt, went above and beyond to make things right. He organized the transportation of my vehicle back to the dealership and worked with the local Chevrolet dealer to make sure the vehicle was quickly fixed and fully functional. He kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle throughout the process, quickly responded to my messages, and made sure I was taken care of. RC Hill did not charge me for any of this, and demonstrated to me their commitment to making sure I received top tier service and a fully-functional vehicle. I would purchase a vehicle from them again in the future, and would work with Matt as my salesman again as well. Honest, professional, and committed to customer service. More
