I used the Quick Service option at RBM of Atlanta for the first time with my new C350. James helped me quickly get a 5,000 mile oil change for by baby as well as order a bike rack and top bars. Bob has been taking care of my 2002, 2008 and most recently started to service my 2011 E350 valuable service advisor as Bob Christen on their staff.
