we own a CLK that was purchased from RBM. With an appointment made in advance took it in for brake lining service. They kept the vehicle for 2 days to do this simple job. They called back to attempt to upsell a brake fluid flush (don't think necessary), plus another part (don't remember specific, but likely not needed either). Then they called back later to say some bolt on the airbag was loose and they would need to take it apart tighten then re-install airbag (sounds fishy huh). Well we refused. They say airbar will likely deploy while driving in about 2000 miles(guess we will see). Since the car was purchased there, we have rights to free courtesy car. When we returned the courtesy car, they claimed that the front wheel was damaged and charged an extra $150.00. We did not damage the wheel. Well RBM, will be purchasing another MB soon, but it wont be from RBM. More

Curt Cunningham has been my trusted service advisor since 1987. I had a 1985 300 D - turbodiesel which I had purchased in another city where I was hearing cases as a judge. I heard about RBM in 1987 and met 1987. I had a 1985 300 D - turbodiesel which I had purchased in another city where I was hearing cases as a judge. I heard about RBM in 1987 and met with Curt for service. I have owned automobiles since 1947 and have had much experience with various service departments, other than Mercedes. The service I received from RBM has been the best. Curt has been the most knowledgeable and friendly service advisor I have ever had. If I had a question about work that needed to be done I could always depend upon Curt providing me with answers which I was able to understand. In January, 1998 I purchased an 320 E sedan from RBM which has given me much joy and satisfaction. I now have over 104,000 miles on that car. In January, 2005 I had accident with my turbodiesel when I ran into a large tree which had fallen across the road. It was nighttime and the tree could not be seen until my turbodiesel ran into it. Suffice it to say, that car was a very sturdily built car and it saved my life. The medics who arrived at the scene told me that no one ever walks away from that kind of an accident. That car had about 250,000 miles on it. More

For the past year or two however, I have been working exclusively with James Roberts and the exper somewhat satisfied with their service department. For the past year or two however, I have been working exclusively with James Roberts and the experience has gone from satisfied to exceptional. He is extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. When I need to have my car serviced he updates me frequently and goes the distance to find a solution. I recently had a problem with the MBrace system, and James sat with me through the whole process of re-registering my car. Having a car serviced is never a fun thing to do, but James Roberts always makes it a positive experience. More
