excellent service! I had to get my transmission fluid flushed/changed. car was ready by the time they promised (actually a bit earlier). Dennis Phillips has been my service advisor for 6 different Mercedes for more than a decade. Even if they were convenient to my work and home, i.e., less than 10 miles, I would still make the trip to different Mercedes for more than a decade. Shawn always provides exceptional service. However, this last time I was in for service Shawn exceeded my expectations. My wife was recently in an accident and required the use of a wheelchair. The loaner last time I was in for service Shawn exceeded my expectations. My wife was recently in an accident and required the use of a wheelchair. The loaner car I received would not accommodate transporting a wheelchair. Shawn had someone drive out to my house and exchange the loaner car for a different one that would accommodate transporting the wheelchair. Also, on this same service had body work that was done and Shawn was able to get the work completed on short notice and in the timeframe that I needed. I highly recommend Shawn and RBM to everyone. Likewise, their sales staff is knowledgeable and a pleasure with whom to deal. I think the service charges, while not inexpensive, are competitive and I leave knowing the car has been serviced right the first time. More
