I've been extremely pleased with my service experience, especially my Advisor - DENNIS PHILLIPS - for almost ten years. He is always my advocate and goes out of his way to provide a very pleasi experience, especially my Advisor - DENNIS PHILLIPS - for almost ten years. I also know that when I call Dennis, it usually means getting me in no later than the next day. It is by far the best customer service experience I've ever had since I owned my first car in 1969. Mercedes is exceptionally proud of its parts, but Curt helps to minimize repair costs through his remarkable skill as a dealt with at any dealership. In 14 years, only one problem was not resolved the first time and that was entirely understandable as it only occurred intermittently. He had to drive my car home before the problem manifested itself again. As soon as it did, he knew exactly how to fix it. He's a straight shooter and great guy. More
I have used this dealership for 12 years. My first Mercedes was a gorgeous 2000 E320! I fell in love with this car and took very good care of it. It was detailed, touched up, parts replaced and was always gleaming. The performance of the car was always wonderful. However, age caught up with the motor and I was advised that the book value was less than the engine repair to correct a leak of coolant going into the engine. I had planned on replacing my car next year, but instead purchased a new 2013 E350. Everyone was helpful, starting with Don MacKay, Shawn McCallum who broke the news gently that the engine was not going to be a good investment repair. I met Gerry Modzelewki and over the course of about 3 days started exploring new cars on the lot. Need- less-to-say, we found a beautiful E350 which is now at home. This dealership is wonderful to work with, there is a level of honesty and courtesy that goes beyond the normal attitudes of car sales and repairs. I never hesitate to recommend them to anyone who would like to explore owning a Mercedes. I am looking forward to driving this car also for an extended period of time! Mrs. Walsh More
I have a Mercedes C320W that was purchased at CarMax but where the extended warranty service could be performed by RBM of Atlanta. Amber has helped keep this car in excellent operating condition for the pa where the extended warranty service could be performed by RBM of Atlanta. Amber has helped keep this car in excellent operating condition for the past 60,000 miles. She is very thorough and efficient and rarely does it take more than 30 minutes to drop off or pick up the vehicle. More

excellent service! I had to get my transmission fluid flushed/changed. car was ready by the time they promised (actually a bit earlier). I took my car in for a Service Campaign work related to TPM. The service work was done on time and the staff were very courteous and professional. They washed my car and looked great inside and out.
