Ripoff Was told I needed repairs on my car that were not confirmed by visit to independent service shop. In fact independent shop made repairs not mentioned by RBM. Repair prices are 100% more than independent shop. Understand high overhead accounts for higher prices, but 100%? Could understand 30%. Then received e-mail suggesting even more unwed repairs. More

Service Complaint My 2010 C Class Sports was towed to RBM on Thursday, March 9, 2017 around 12 pm. I called after 3pm to see if my car was delivered. The next day I had My 2010 C Class Sports was towed to RBM on Thursday, March 9, 2017 around 12 pm. I called after 3pm to see if my car was delivered. The next day I had to follow up on my vehicle. I was told the car needed a part that had to be delivered. I was not told in detail what was wrong with my car just the steering lock. My car was at RBM for 5 days and I did not receive a loaner but, when I picked up my paper work it was written I received a loaner. I was promised one but, never received it. I have asked for a detail of what work was performed. It is March 20, 2017 and I have not received it. I was told if my car was towed by RBM the tow charge would be waived. It wasn't. Usually I get a call after my service or email survey. I have not received either. More
Service of B Class Electric I love Technology and for the last 2 years I have been driving a Mercedes B Class Electric. Mercedes does not sale these cars in GA so I was apprehens I love Technology and for the last 2 years I have been driving a Mercedes B Class Electric. Mercedes does not sale these cars in GA so I was apprehensive when I recently had an issue with the car not charging! My service advisor was Brent Vacaro and I could not have been more please with the Job he and RBM service did with my car. Everything was seamless right down to getting and returning the loaner car. They did a great job on my car and Brent was the perfect quarterback on the repair! More
Service Department Manager and Director Untruthful This Mercedes dealership failed to diagnose and fix a problem with my car after my car came from under warranty.. Because the cars did not have the ch This Mercedes dealership failed to diagnose and fix a problem with my car after my car came from under warranty.. Because the cars did not have the check engine light on, but was changing funny(possible transmission) they basically told me there was nothing they could do to find out why the car was changing funny and to drive the car until the check engine light comes on. Then bring it back and they would see what they could do to help me.. Joey Tucker- Service Manager told me to call Mercedes Benz Customer Care and they would be able to make a decision about sending out a specialist to check the car. When I called customer care, I was told the dealership was responsible for getting the specialist and I had been mis-informed by Joey. I spoke with Brandon - the Service Department Director and all he said was to drive the car until the light comes on, because until they get a code to come up, there is hnothing they can do. Of course the car was not bought at RBM, but only have 50,000 miles and was still under warranty when the problem started. Now it is over 50,000 miles and no warranty. Stay clear of this place if you don't have a warranty on your car. They just don't want to deal with you and especially if you are an African American. More
My experience was so horrible I have to file a law suit RBM I took my car to this dealer for repair. Theye only didn't do the repair but trying to over charge me. Proud Mercedes Owner I have driven a mercedes for over 20 years. I never appreciated the advisor until I meet Pam Knowles, great service is what attract repeat customers. When I decide to purchase my next Benz, it will be where ever she is employed, I only hope it is RBM. Pam is patient, she listens to her customer, and she deliver on what is promised.
