I have been using RBM to service my car for more than 7 years. Repairs are always made on time and with excellence. I have no issues with RBM. Every time I have had service, they have done an excellent job. It just takes a little longer that I would like. But I always have a loaner so I really do not mind the lenght of ti they have done an excellent job. It just takes a little longer that I would like. Simply put the worst service I have ever had. Dropped our car the night before for service and was called and told they recommened services which the rep later admitted were not really due. However, the kicker is they told me that they had not started on the car since they did not have approval for these additional items and would need to keep the car over the weekend. I will never darken their doorstep again. More
