Pam goes above and beyond every single time! It started with me from the moment I walked onto the dealership lot. I was interested in looking at a used BMW that was on the lot. Pam steered me in the righ with me from the moment I walked onto the dealership lot. I was interested in looking at a used BMW that was on the lot. Pam steered me in the right direction when she talked me into driving the C300 after driving the BMW. I was convinced I was not a Mercedes Girl in the least. I was MISINFORMED! Pam assured me that I would be so happy with my choice and my service. She was correct! Every single time I have been in for service, she is extremely helpful and has even been waiting on me to handle everything in a hurry because I called and told her I was running late for a very important meeting - I did not have to wait for anything. She got me out of my car and into a rental in no time. You cannot beat that for service. I have been able to convince several friends since then to invest in a mercedes from RBM and to be confident that they will always receive the utmost respect and top notch service as a customer - my thanks to Pam for treating me and my car like we are the only customer she has to worry about! RBM of Atlanta was recommended by the Mercedes-Benz dealer in Los Angeles where I purchased my Benz. I always use RBM even though it is not my closest Benz dealer. I always use "Express Service" and Dennis Phillips is my "customer service advisor". RBM always seems to have any needed parts in stock. I usually "wait" for my maintenance or repairs and I am pleased how quickly the work is completed. Dennis Phillips is knowledgeable and friendly. He always mentions any service "specials". He fully explains any service that will be performed and why. In addition, if the technician-mechanic, after inspection, finds any additional maintenance or repair work that is needed, Dennis fully explains what it is, why it is needed, the urgency of doing the work, and a cost estimate. If I have any questions later about my Benz, he is always as close as the telephone or email. More
