I just got my Mercedes about a year ago and RBM is the only dealership I have taken it to. And after the experiences I have had, it is the only dealership I plan to go to. Every time I have called with a question, Brent has either picked up the phone right away ro called me back witing minutes if he is with another customer. He has also given me advice and answered questions over the phone which has saved me a trip into the dealership. On the occasions in which I have had work done at the dealership, they have always provided me with a clean loaner car and the process to get the loaner car and return it is quick and easy. My experiences at RBM have always been great. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody. More
