I have always had exceptional service at RBM of Atlanta. When I need service or repair on my Mercedes SUV, I always compare rates, and RBM is very competitive with their prices. In addition, I always get courteous service, and being able to procure a loaner car is a huge advantage as well. I am also just more comfortable getting my auto serviced by the experts! More
The process of getting a car repaired used to be as painful as going to the dentist....until we started servicing our cars at RBM. Their pricing is fair, and in our most recent troubles, every employee pitched in to help our car reach a certain mileage to rectify the problem - it needed alot of miles. Blown away by RBM's dedication in fixing it. LOVE this place, and if I don't own Mercedes in the future, I'll be sad, just because I'll miss this place! More

Brent Vaccaro takes care of us every time we have service on our E320. He is honest, courteous and explains in detail the work needed and the work performed. We bought our car at this dealership and have had it serviced there for 8 years. Even though our car is older now, Brent still takes the time to help us no matter how much we spend at the dealership. We live 30 minutes away and pass another Mercedes dealership on our drive to RBM. We've tried the closer dealership and we were treated like a number there. RBM takes care of us like we are longtime customers and that is what we have become. RBM is all around a great place to go. When we are ready to buy again, we will go to RBM. More

I have purchased three new Mercedes from RBM and my daughter has purchased two. A close friend of my daughter saw my new 2000 E-320 and came to RBM and purchased the same E-320 in just a different color from the same salesman, Mr. Kyrus Frames. The main reason I returned to RBM and Kyrus when I needed a new vehicle recently was I had found in previous dealings and in researching this one that I could trust Kyrus to tell me the truth. Even when Kyrus knew the truth was not favorable to me, he presented the facts truthfully. I think this record says that I know I can depend on RBM and Mr. Frames when I purchase a vehicle. More
Alex Smith is by far the best service provider I have ever worked with. He listens, understands my concerns and cares that I am happy with the results. I'm in real estate and am in my car more than the average person so when I feel something is not right I always know Alex will do a thorough check of the problem and the end result will be it is repaired. He is always pleasant, knowledgeable of his product and I leave my car with him knowing when I pick it up it will be better than when I left it. He also always accomodates my schedule which is scattered. I have given Alex this rating as in all the years I have dealt with him I have never been dissatisfied with his professionalism. Pam goes above and beyond every single time! It started with me from the moment I walked onto the dealership lot. I was interested in looking at a used BMW that was on the lot. Pam steered me in the right direction when she talked me into driving the C300 after driving the BMW. I was convinced I was not a Mercedes Girl in the least. I was MISINFORMED! Pam assured me that I would be so happy with my choice and my service. She was correct! Every single time I have been in for service, she is extremely helpful and has even been waiting on me to handle everything in a hurry because I called and told her I was running late for a very important meeting - I did not have to wait for anything. She got me out of my car and into a rental in no time. You cannot beat that for service. I have been able to convince several friends since then to invest in a mercedes from RBM and to be confident that they will always receive the utmost respect and top notch service as a customer - my thanks to Pam for treating me and my car like we are the only customer she has to worry about! My sales person Colin Harrison promised to have our cars (my wife and I both purchased from the same dealer and sales person) washed when we came in, and he cheerfully accommodates us each time, with a minimum of advance notice. Pricing accommodation is good for a Mercedes dealership, but it's the service aspect that makes the experience worth the price. And, Mercedes has refined their products to be second to none! More
