My involvement with RBM goes back to my days with a national leasing company and my periodic purchases of MB vehicles. Sales and service were great andI got what I asked for. Upon my retirement in 1995 I promptly checked the market for a MB300CECV. Upon dropping by RBM I met Charles Vaccaro. It didn't take long to pick a car from the nice selection RBM had. Charles and I haggled and I got a fine vehicle. I asked for a few favors(sales wise) after the sale and Charles was right there to fulfill my needs. By the way I still own the car and get compliments for all the time. Over the next several years I dropped by to say hi to Mr. Vaccaro and he always without fail asked if I was "in the market". I again stopped by last fall, just looking mind you, and chatted with Charlie as to my car desires. It didn't take long for him to determine my needs and responded in a very short time with a perfect vehicle, a dark blue SL550. Naturally I was overwhelmed so I bought the car. What a salesman!! More

I orginally went in to talk to Steve about turning in my wifes C-300 and I ended up trading in my E-350. Steve told me about this great sales promotion that Mercedes Benz was running and just when I thought wifes C-300 and I ended up trading in my E-350. Steve told me about this great sales promotion that Mercedes Benz was running and just when I thought that we had settled on a price he asked me if I belonged to a certain insurance company and I told him yes and the deal got better. We are still working on my wifes turn-in. I have know Steve now for over 16 years and have bought 9 cars from him. Every time I think I am going to try another car brand Steve works to make sure that doesn't happen and I am glad that he does. He is a true professional and is fun but dedicated to work with. Next time you are looking for a car try him and see if he doesn't earn your business. More
I just got my Mercedes about a year ago and RBM is the only dealership I have taken it to. And after the experiences I have had, it is the only dealership I plan to go to. My Service Advisor, Brent Vacc only dealership I have taken it to. And after the experiences I have had, it is the only dealership I plan to go to. My Service Advisor, Brent Vaccaro, has been great to work with. He is knowledgable, responsive and on top of everything. Every time I have called with a question, Brent has either picked up the phone right away ro called me back witing minutes if he is with another customer. He has also given me advice and answered questions over the phone which has saved me a trip into the dealership. On the occasions in which I have had work done at the dealership, they have always provided me with a clean loaner car and the process to get the loaner car and return it is quick and easy. My experiences at RBM have always been great. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody. More
