Specifically, he found the right car (ML550 for me) from another dealer and explained the technology and functionis on both cars, the E350 and the ML550. The financial part of the transactions were also handled well. I was offered different options (leasing versus buy) but they listened and accepted my preference with no high pressure sales. I appreciated this because I had recently had a very poor experience with BMW. Eric has also made himself available to help in any way with the car and is very responsive.
