Responding to my every need or question during the whole sales process. If RBM did not have the car I wanted John would find it and have it setting in my yard the next day. He's always been a professional in every way. If he didn't know the answer to any of my questions, he never faked it. He always would tell me that he'll find out and get back to me. He always kept his promise. Finally, after the sale he would always get involved, if I needed him to, and help me with any service related issues. Gerry Modzelewski was extremely professional and friendly but also represented the dealership in a trustworthy manner. Other representatives at other MBUSA dealerships did not represent themselves as well therefore I chose to do business with RBM of Atlanta despite their location being farther away. I also felt that I was treated very fairly and received a great car for the price I paid. The dealership was the cleanest of all dealerships I visited and appeared to be managed very efficiently along with being very personable. All the employees were courteous. I felt confident that I will receive as superior service after the sale as I did while I was car shopping. I have already recommended the dealership to my manager and expect when he is ready to purchase a car he will visit RBM. I certainly plan to return when I am ready for another car. More

I have been an RBM customer for 15+ years. Working with Curt Cunningham is like no other automobile service expert I have ever encountered. Curt looks into all aspects of total automotive care. Curt's ability to be anticpatory about future maintenance needs highlights his attentiveness to details. Even in situations where I have not made an appointment and have had an emergency with needing my S420 repaired, Curt has always found a way to fit me in his schedule, arrange for a loaner and get me back out on the road. I would recommend Curt to anyone with a the highest possible recommendation. Simply outstanding!!!!!!!!!!! More
I came in simply to look at and test drive a few models, but Gerry was so helpful in finding me exactly what I wanted at a price I could live with, I bought a car that day. Eric Koeningsberg did an excellent job of representing RBM and Mercedes when I purchased my 2008 C Class. He was extremely knowledgable and articulate about the vehicle and options, took the time to loca RBM and Mercedes when I purchased my 2008 C Class. He was extremely knowledgable and articulate about the vehicle and options, took the time to locate and quickly acquire the model I wanted with the options I wanted and did not employ high pressure tactics (such tactics would have caused me to go elsewhere). Additionally, he was courteous, efficent and provided very good post sale support. RBM also provides pompt, professional maintenance service. The dealership has always treated my car and me well. The only issues I have had relate more to Mercedes than to RBM. In my view, Mercedes prices its extended warenties and its maintenance service too high. I love the car and how I am treated by RBM, but the length of new car current warrenty, the lack of a reasonably priced extended warreny and the cost of maintenance is high enough to be of concern in selecting my next vehicle. More
