The moment i walked through the front door i had a good feeling. Starting with the receptionist and with the rest of the staff that i had contact with, i felt like there was a geniune effort to be of serv feeling. Colin Harrison did a first class job of providing answers to any questions i had. Unlike another dealer i had visited, i did not get the "what is it going to take to get you in this car today?" feeling from Colin.......and that was the deciding factor in choosing RBM. Immediately following the process of signing the necessary paperwork, writing a check, etc. Colin took me outside and spent an hour going over the operation of the vehicle and trying very hard to help me understand all the bells and whistles! Two days later he spent another hour showing my wife all these same features that some how i had forgotten on the way home! I would most definitely recommend RBM to others.... The location is very convenient for service and so far, the C-300 Sport has exceeded my expections. More

They even fixed a crack in the windshield that was discovered AFTER my car was purchased and gave me a Mercedes courtesy vehicle to drive while my windshield was being replaced. Kayrus was extremely helpful and resourceful in helping me purchase my end of lease CLK 350. He worked out all the details so that when I purchased my old leased car back it was now a certified used car th me purchase my end of lease CLK 350. I have been a customer of RBM of Atlanta for over 10 years. I have never been in for service or for purchasing a Mercedes that I have not had a great experience. I had to go back a couple of times for additional questions. He also called me when Mercedes stop using Tele-Aid and helped me get my car with the new Mbrace system. He is a super nice guy, will really treat you courteously, and will see that you are satisfied with your car. A great salesman. More

When my car was ready I was unable to pick it up because of a medical procedure I had he made arrangements for me to pick it up the next day.
