He has always treated my wife and her questions with great respect. Fun to work with. Don McKay has been my service advisor since my first Mercedes, and I would never want to change. He has always made my service experience first class. All of my experiences have been for routine service (preventive maintenance) and Don has made the contacts back to me to discuss the work to be done to keep my vehicle in like new condition. I noticed an unusual sound coming from under the hood of my 2000 ML320 so I dropped in to RBM to see what was going on. Curt Cunningham,who has been my service advisor for over 20 years, diagnosed the prob my 2000 ML320 so I dropped in to RBM to see what was going on. Curt Cunningham,who has been my service advisor for over 20 years, diagnosed the problem as a leaking catylitic converter and set me up for service and a loaner the same day. This is typical of the response I've had from Curt over the years and that is one of the reasons I continue to deal with RBM for both sales and service. I have trust in Curt and his recommendations and don't hesitate to contact him with any car related questions or problems I may have. More

At first Daryl was a little slow in getting going with us, we found the sl 550 we purchased this last august quickly, and made a decision to purchase it quickly. I don't think Daryl realized we were that serious so quickly. He did not respond quickly at first and Bob was concerned. However, once I brought my car over for appraisal, things began to move quickly. My husband, Bob was able to make a deal to purchase the car to his satisfaction. Daryl finished up in fine fashion and he was a pleasure to work with. I am continuing to bring my car for maintenance and care to rbm service and we feel we have a wonderful relationship with rbm. He was very friendly to me and my daughter even in the cold rain and got the keys to test drive a 2009 mercedes slk300. He introduced me to Mr. Steven Rosenthal the pre-owned sales manager after a friendly informative discussion about the cars they had available that I might be interested in I decided to weigh my options but was leaning toward the black 2008 slk280. They both stayed late that night to ensure my questions about the 2 cars were answered and supplied me with printouts on both cars so I could compare them. I enjoyed the whole experience as Stephen Cavvanaugh got to know me and my daughter and there were no high pressure sales tactics involved just facts in regards to warranty information and how the dealership runs a top notch operation and wants a satisfied customer. I am a very satisfied customer whom as a woman purchasing her 1st car on her own as a single mom would say congratulations to rbm of atlanta! I love my new to me 2008 black slk convertible!
