Jerry Peek is awesome, as well as the rest of the staff & service deparment at RBM Atlanta. We have worked with Jerry since 1997 when we made our first Mercedes purchase; and this was our 5th Mercedes purc & service deparment at RBM Atlanta. Jerry is extremely technically knowledgeable about all the cars, attentive to his customer needs, as well as has a knack of remembering all the details about his customers. We had an excellent experience at RBM! Steve Edwards did everything he could to find us the perfect car at an incredible price. When we were first car shopping, we visited RBM for one particular car that we had seen online. When we returned the next morning, the car had been sold! Steve knew exactly what we liked about the car, and he got creative to find us all of the same features on another car. He honored the price we just missed out on, gave us an incredibly fair trade-in offer, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend him and the entire team at RBM and plan to maintain my new relationship with them for a long time. More
Steve Edwards was excellent to work with.This is the second car I have bought from Him. I do a lot of traveling and have very little time to shop...having somebody like Steve makes you feel like you fo second car I have bought from Him. RBM sets the bar for quality in customer service; they provide a traffic cop to help drivers turn in and out of busy traffic, attractive facilities with the endless supply premium coffee, a pool high-end loaner cars, and of course, the top notch Mercedes-Benz service. My late husband and I have been clients/customers of RBM for decades. The 1st car my husband purchased was a 450 SLC 1976. I currently drive a 300 TE wagon , 1988. RBM knows how much I love this car and k for decades. The 1st car my husband purchased was a 450 SLC 1976. I currently drive a 300 TE wagon , 1988. RBM knows how much I love this car and keeps her in great shape! She has over 350,000 miles and I am shooting for a million! She has only been serviced 2 times by another dealership, an oil change in Beverly Hills in 1989, and a $50 part in Baton Rouge , La in 2007. I love their service and attention paid to both me and my car at RBM. I took her in for and oil change and "check-up", told them of some noise at rear of car, and they took it from there. They ALWAYS tell me what is wrong, whether it is important to fix now or later, give me a very fair price, call when they say they will call and my car is ALWAYS ready on time, and washed and clean. I need this type of service experience in my life as it makes my life run smoother! If anything that cannot be fix by RBM or a body shop ever happens, GOD FORBID, I will be back at RBM shopping! They have replaced my engine/ motor, transmission, and many other expensive investments, and I am totally pleased with everything they have done! There are several Mercedes Benz dealerships in my area, but I cannot fathom not going to RBM! From the time you call, to drive in, service, and drive out, the experience is smooth and pleasant! John Ellis , the owner, set a very high bar for the folks who work there and it works!!!!!Thank you RBM for always being there for me even when I call my service rep from Louisiana at 11:00pm for a referral for tow service in a one horse town! MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE OWNED MERCEDES BENZ CARS FOR CLOSE TO 20 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN SO PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL PERFORMANCE OF ALL OF OUR CARS(HIS AND MINE). I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR A CAR BUT ONLY PUT ABOU TO 20 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN SO PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL PERFORMANCE OF ALL OF OUR CARS(HIS AND MINE). I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR A CAR BUT ONLY PUT ABOUT 10,000 MILES OR LESS ON A CAR A YEAR SO I WASN'T SURE IF I WANTED TO INVEST IN A NEW CAR OR NOT. I HAD NEVER PURCHASED A USED CAR BEFORE BUT BEGAN LOOKING ON THE WEB, JUST TO SEE WHAT WAS AVAILABLE. RMB'S WEBSITE WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND CAUGHT MY EYE IMMEDIATELY. I FOUND A LEASED CAR WITH VERY LOW MILES WAS THE COLOR I WAS LOOKING FOR & WAS IN THE PRICE RANGE I WAS INTERESTED IN SO I PUT IN A CALL TO THE DEALERSHIP AND LEFT A MESSAGE. IMMEDIATELY I RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM STEVE EDWARDS. WE DISCUSSED THE CAR OVER THE PHONE, WORKED ON THE PRICING AND THAT WEEKEND,I DROVE TO ATLANTA TO PICK UP MY CAR. WHEN I GOT THERE, STEVE HAD DONE ALL OF THE NECESSARY WORK. I BASICALLY SIGNED THE PAPERS, WROTE THE CHECK AND DROVE MY CAR OFF OF THE LOT. EVERYONE IN THE DEALERSHIP WAS SO FRIENDLY AND KIND AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE.
