Steve helped me purchase a used CLK. The service experience was excellent. Steve was very prompt and addressed all of my concerns. After the purchase, Steve offered to guide me through any features of the vehicle. After purchase, I noticed that one of my mirrors was rattling. With Steve's assistance, I was able to get the car into the shop for the mirrors replacement within 3 hours after contact. Once I showed up to the dealership, I was driving out in a loaner C class within 10 minutes of arrival. In these 10 minutes, Steve had a chance to troubleshoot all of the things that needed to be tweaked and guide me through getting the complimentary loaner C class. I was impressed by prompt and painless problem resolution. More

My wife and I went to RBM and brought our sales person, Eric Koenigsberg quite a challenging problem. We had just bought an Infiniti, and within days knew we made a mistake of mammoth proportion. The wife allowed me to go to RBM to tell them our situation and get a quick rejection, but the moment Eric heard me describe our problem with a great deal of shame, he assured me that we could find a way out of it. Over two days of very hard work, Eric and the team at RBM were able to work up an extremely fair deal for a 2011 E350 that got us out of this car that we hated with minimal pain. Eric has been doing this for 20 years and it shows. He knows his product backwards and forwards and is a consummate professional. We were scared and uncomfortable and Eric helped us every step of the way. He has earned a life-long customer and we love the car! More
