Needed to replace my 18 year old car and had decided to buy a nicer, loaded car as I hang on to them for years. Colin understood I don't make fast decisions, like to weigh my options, and do not like tons of follow up calls. He checked in frequently enough for me without being pushy or going for a hard sell. Once I decided to buy a 2014, he worked with me to find a car with the features that were on my must-have list and got me twice the discount the other dealer offered. He gave me enough information to get started on the gadgets in the car and at some point I know I will be able to call and ask for additional help on some of the details I have not yet figured out.
