I have had a terrible experience with MB Roadside Assistance and RBM. It took four hours to pick up my vehicle after a tire blow out. RBM got it fixed the next morning, but does not provide an Uber o Assistance and RBM. It took four hours to pick up my vehicle after a tire blow out. I got transferred a number of times and numerous texts to get the transportation and repair. My last tire problem was handled through Mercedes Benz of Buckhead and I had no complaints.
