Service Department Manager and Director Untruthful This Mercedes dealership failed to diagnose and fix a problem with my car after my car came from under warranty.. Because the cars did not have the ch This Mercedes dealership failed to diagnose and fix a problem with my car after my car came from under warranty.. Because the cars did not have the check engine light on, but was changing funny(possible transmission) they basically told me there was nothing they could do to find out why the car was changing funny and to drive the car until the check engine light comes on. Then bring it back and they would see what they could do to help me.. Joey Tucker- Service Manager told me to call Mercedes Benz Customer Care and they would be able to make a decision about sending out a specialist to check the car. When I called customer care, I was told the dealership was responsible for getting the specialist and I had been mis-informed by Joey. I spoke with Brandon - the Service Department Director and all he said was to drive the car until the light comes on, because until they get a code to come up, there is hnothing they can do. Of course the car was not bought at RBM, but only have 50,000 miles and was still under warranty when the problem started. Now it is over 50,000 miles and no warranty. Stay clear of this place if you don't have a warranty on your car. They just don't want to deal with you and especially if you are an African American. More

We communicated through email a lot while he tried to find a Red GLC 300 for me with all the options I wanted. Definitely get the car loaded if you try the GLC. The Driver assist and surround sound are great!! Don had the car practically waiting for me. It had to brought from a different dealer then they got it ready for me while we had lunch. We then had Crystal, teach us how to use the car with all the patience and kindness in the workd. Everyone was wonderful! I am sticking with MB and RBM. By the way, I went trough the Costco auto program. Definitely a money saver! More

Believe it or not, there's plenty of dealerships where you don't get that "we want to do business with you" feeling any more. Maybe it's inappropriate to list any competitors where you get that but let's just say the worst of the lot "Aren't Used to Dealing w/ Individual" needs and wants. I need a dealership whose willing to work with me not one that needs me to "Be More Willing" to work with them. We had a much more favorable experience at RBM with Rick. Negotiating was "fun" - yeah I said it, "fun"! We cut to the chase and in the same day worked out a deal - professionally as well as with respect and consideration of both of our budgets & bogies. The feel at home atmosphere was complemented with talking shop and talking sports. Nice to see a fellow Cleveland Cavalier from Rick's colleague Gerry (we did it Gerry!). I was very pleased. Thanks a ton Rick!! Rod PS - the 4 star instead of 5 star on Price is my final jab at Rick for not coming down that last $XX/mo I wanted. Muhahahaha More
