I've been spoiled over the years with European cars, but I honestly drove everything from Honda, Toyota, Kia, Acura, Lexus, Chevy, Ford, and many others in spring of '16. My budget was set and Steve made it happen under my budget by a $1.00!! I made out with a vehicle that is stylish, road friendly, and comfortable. I drive all over Cobb county every day in my turbo charged C class and I only fill up once a month!!! So happy with my purchase experience and I will be back to purchase another vehicle from RBM. It's all about the customer service! I spent 5 months test driving new cars, 2016. I test drove so many it became 2017. I dealt with many dealerships, sales people, makes and models fro I spent 5 months test driving new cars, 2016. I test drove so many it became 2017. I dealt with many dealerships, sales people, makes and models from Kias to Lexus. But, when it came down to me plunking down the dough, it was the customer service that sold me, not the car. None of the cars really spoke to me and some of the sales people rubbed me the wrong way or didn't know their product. But that was not the case with RBM of Atlanta. Steve "Shupak" Szczupak is a warm friendly and funny person who genuinely cares about his customers. And he knows the Mercedes'. He should he has been selling them for a long, long time. Several of the sales people came and went when I returned to test drive a car again. Granted Steve sold my husband a Mercedes back in 2010, but he has been there for him ever since. My husband is not an needy as I am when it comes to cars, so knowing that Steve would be there long after the sale was important to me. Steve has not disappointed. He has followed up with me several times to help me learn the car. Along with Casey and Mr. Finance (Sorry I can't think of his name) at the dealership are nice and helpful too. They made the process of buying the car mostly pain free. Watching those dollars leave the bank account was the most painful. LOL! More
Service Complaint My 2010 C Class Sports was towed to RBM on Thursday, March 9, 2017 around 12 pm. I called after 3pm to see if my car was delivered. The next day I had My 2010 C Class Sports was towed to RBM on Thursday, March 9, 2017 around 12 pm. I called after 3pm to see if my car was delivered. The next day I had to follow up on my vehicle. I was told the car needed a part that had to be delivered. I was not told in detail what was wrong with my car just the steering lock. My car was at RBM for 5 days and I did not receive a loaner but, when I picked up my paper work it was written I received a loaner. I was promised one but, never received it. I have asked for a detail of what work was performed. It is March 20, 2017 and I have not received it. I was told if my car was towed by RBM the tow charge would be waived. It wasn't. Usually I get a call after my service or email survey. I have not received either. More

The dealership was fantastic but I was extremely impressed by my sales person Phil Black. I had known Phil from a previous dealership and was always impressed by his ability to put a deal together! He really wants and appreciates the business! He offers exceptional service during the sales process all the way until you are ready to purchase your next vehicle. Service of B Class Electric I love Technology and for the last 2 years I have been driving a Mercedes B Class Electric. Mercedes does not sale these cars in GA so I was apprehens I love Technology and for the last 2 years I have been driving a Mercedes B Class Electric. Mercedes does not sale these cars in GA so I was apprehensive when I recently had an issue with the car not charging! My service advisor was Brent Vacaro and I could not have been more please with the Job he and RBM service did with my car. Everything was seamless right down to getting and returning the loaner car. They did a great job on my car and Brent was the perfect quarterback on the repair! More
