Phil spent almost 5 hours with us, understanding our needs and finding best matches and offers for us. Next thing that impressed us is that when we went for servicing, the servicing department was very prompt. They already had loaner ready for us, so it took about 5 mins to drop my car and pick loaner and get out. Mitch was really nice explaining all the work they did on my car. Oh, and did I mention that Phil came to welcome us to the service building when we arrived there? This was my 1st time when sales person still kept contact with us even after the purchase. I was searching car on every sides and one day Kenneth Straw call me from RBM if I am still looking for a car. Yes. I wasn't very sure I want to buy the car which was 700 miles away and I can't see it or even take a test drive. But thanks to Ken, in very firs day of our conversation he send me all the pictures and info of the car i liked. I was thinking whole day what should i do. Next day I asked Ken I would like to finance the car. He send me the credit application in minutes. After I send him back I was approved in couple of hours with interest rate I was very happy with. He also send me the link that he found me the ticket from Fort Lauderdale to Atlanta. In next 3 days I was on plane to Atlanta. After arriving, all the paper work was ready as promised.
