I and my husband went to inquire and test drive to the dealership and came out with 2 brand new MBs. Phil spent almost 5 hours with us, understanding our needs and finding best matches and offers for us. Next thing that impressed us is that when we went for servicing, the servicing department was very prompt. They already had loaner ready for us, so it took about 5 mins to drop my car and pick loaner and get out. Mitch was really nice explaining all the work they did on my car. Oh, and did I mention that Phil came to welcome us to the service building when we arrived there? This was my 1st time when sales person still kept contact with us even after the purchase. Usually sales people would not even care about you once you have completed purchase. More

I was searching car on every sides and one day Kenneth Straw call me from RBM if I am still looking for a car. Yes. I wasn't very sure I want to buy the car which was 700 miles away and I can't see it or even take a test drive. But thanks to Ken, in very firs day of our conversation he send me all the pictures and info of the car i liked. I was thinking whole day what should i do. Next day I asked Ken I would like to finance the car. He send me the credit application in minutes. After I send him back I was approved in couple of hours with interest rate I was very happy with. He also send me the link that he found me the ticket from Fort Lauderdale to Atlanta. In next 3 days I was on plane to Atlanta. After arriving, all the paper work was ready as promised. Approaching the end of my previous lease, we reconnected- Don was informative, patient and thorough. When I visited RBM, I was impressed with the selection of cars, friendliness of the staff and ultimately, their willingness to make a deal. There was no question in my mind where I would be buying my car. My salesman, Steve Szczupak, went above board showing me different vehicles and answering all my questions. All without any pressure. Steve wanted to make sure the vehicle I chose was a perfect fit for me. I drove away with a 2017 E300. Bryan Hagan in the finance department also made certain that everything concerning the financing went as smooth as silk.
