RBM of Atlanta truly represents Mercedes-Benz Quality! I have recently purchased my second Mercedes-Benz E-Class from Steve Szczupak in the last 10 years. Both times, Steve has treated my business negotiation as the only activity until the sale is made. He does not pressure your decision process. He strives to make sure you have every question answered so that you as the customer are comfortable prior to your decision in setting or going through the price negotiation phase of purchasing the Mercedes-Benz you have selected. Once Steve has sold you a Mercedes-Benz, he follows up with you to insure 110% satisfaction. This includes correcting small issues that arise even from a CPO Mercedes-Benz product. I do recommend to all customers purchasing a CPO Mercedes-Benz that the extended warranty is a great option to buy as it protects you the customer for its warranty period.
