As always, RBM meets my expectations and Darren was great! I am an avid Mercedes buyer and have bought for the last 15 years from RBM. Darren was my sales adviser for my recent purchase a few months ago and I I am an avid Mercedes buyer and have bought for the last 15 years from RBM. Darren was my sales adviser for my recent purchase a few months ago and I can say he is the best sales adviser I have ever had. I typically deal with another sales person at RBM, but this time I decided to try someone knew as I wasn't getting the response from my old adviser and didn't want to keep waiting. I am glad I made the change. Darren has passion for cars and for the brand - I know a lot about cars, specifically Mercedes and I expect my adviser to know as much if not more than me, but more than that I want them to have the same passion I do for the brand, and Darren does. He was great, I recommend seeking him out specifically as hes a great person, and a great adviser! He was so good I brought in my wife as well as she was due for a car, she loved him as well. Great job to RBM for bringing on Darren! More

Perhaps RBM General Manager should take a hard look at his shop and start putting himself in the customer’s shoes, cause this place is from the best. More

Don't wast your time Please avoid this place at all costs! They will lie to your face and do not follow through on promises. I bought a used car through RBM of Atlanta. Please avoid this place at all costs! They will lie to your face and do not follow through on promises. I bought a used car through RBM of Atlanta. The saleperson I worked with was Paul Stith. There were mechanical issues with the vehicle that they promised to fix (they even put this in writing). I paid for the vehicle and they indicated that they would schedule the service the next week. To date, no service has been scheduled and I am getting excuse after excuse - when I can get a hold of them. There's a reason people go to carmax and carvanna. Don't waste your time with RBM. More
