I've been a loyal customer of Ravmotors for years and have purchased two vehicles from them. My first purchase was a 2013 Ford Escape in 2016, which I still drive today. Recently, on August 28, 2024, I purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot. Both experiences were top-notch. The dealership's customer service has always been excellent. I've been particularly impressed with Artur, who helped me with the purchase of the Pilot. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and went the extra mile to secure a great APR through a credit union. If you're in the market for a used car, I highly recommend Ravmotors. We were working with Paul. I found him VERY unprofessional My husband and I felt this way because I think it had to do with the color of our skin. We came in, we were working I found him VERY unprofessional My husband and I felt this way because I think it had to do with the color of our skin. We came in, we were working with another gentlemen and Paul took over, he just looked straight at the computer my husband was asking him questions and trying to have small talk, Paul totally ignored him. We sat there in silence, Awkard...He needed my paystub which I didn't have access to. I had to go home (10mins away)and he told me to email it. O tried calling him to see if he received it and check status on my application. My husband also placed calls to Paul, it's been a week and he still has not called either of us back..Terrible Service. If your Black, you might not want to give them your business!!!! More
