Sales and Service have always met or exceeded my expectations. Took my vehicle home for the night to test drive it and was in and out of the dealership within a few hours the next day with my new ve expectations. I have to tell you I have purchashed MANY vehicles over the years. Over those years, everytime I went to purchase a car, it was an all day affair. Not to mention the many gimmicks these dealers try to play the years. Over those years, everytime I went to purchase a car, it was an all day affair. Not to mention the many gimmicks these dealers try to play with you. THEN....I came to R&R. I never knew something like purchasing a car could be so easy. I arrived at the dealership. Was greeted by Mike Hummel and asked what he could do for me. I test drove a CTS and fell in love with it. From the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out of the dealership (with my new vehicle) it was a total of three hours!! Something I have never experienced before!! So, if you are looking for courtesy, fast, and a no pressure dealership, look no further. I will certainly return to R&R for all of my vehicles!! More

I went to R&R because they have a good reputation. My goal was a new Chevy Spark but i felt i couldn't afford it. So i was content to look at used cars. Mike made me realize that i could reach that My goal was a new Chevy Spark but i felt i couldn't afford it. So i was content to look at used cars. Mike made me realize that i could reach that goal and he made it happen for me. I was treated very nicely and it's the first time that i really enjoyed shopping for a car. Thank you Mike for such a great experience and oh yes I love my NEW Chevy Spark! More

I went to R&R auto group looking for a used Chevrolet K1500 Crew Cab Pickup. They didn't really have what I wanted and the salesman, Mike Hummel, was very rude and quick to push me out the door. I was K1500 Crew Cab Pickup. They didn't really have what I wanted and the salesman, Mike Hummel, was very rude and quick to push me out the door. I was interested in looking at other models but due to the salesman being rude I left, went to another dealership, and came home with exactly what I wanted! More
