I am sadly writing this horrible review , I had been looking for a low mileage Ferrari 458 Spider and found a great one at R&H Motor Car Group 6441 Davis Industrial Parkway, Solon, OH 44139 Phone: looking for a low mileage Ferrari 458 Spider and found a great one at R&H Motor Car Group 6441 Davis Industrial Parkway, Solon, OH 44139 Phone: (440) 914-0000 My contract there was Larry Woo, it was early March, we arrived at a price and sight unseen I wired him payment in full. It had 1600 miles and Larry said was as new. He had it trailed to a Ferrari dealer in Ohio to spect then Sid he had the best transporter to pick it up and deliver to my home. First mistake, I trusted him. He told me he was reasonable and very good. I of course should have asked for a quote. The company is Mike’s Transportation, LLC, in Salem Ohio 44460. He deliver the car and demanded 2,400.to release the vehicle. I said thats crazy and he was unwavering on his price or I could not get my car. He knew he had me and decided to just screw me becaue I was buying an expensive car. I subsequently went to USHIP and got around 10 quotes enclosed and I’m sure and after a day they went from 1,300 down to 950. When doing an examination i saw damage on the passenger rear view mirror and made note of it to him. Its now April 26, and I have dozens of emails and Texts and had phone calls to Larry asking how I was getting the paint damage fixed and he assured me he would make good on the massive overcharging on the transportation and since the damage was done during transport he would cover the damage. He has not not returned a call or text for a week!!!. I am so disturbed that R&H Motor Car Group sells me a perfect car and then ghosts me for a month and a half and is not living up to his word to me. BUYERS BEWARE. In the world today I was still a believer that in the collector car world you could actually trust a dealer on his word. I was grossly mistaken. If there is anywhere else to shop I strongly suggest not to get involved with a seller who does not live up to his word. What should have been a great experience that i have been waiting a decade to complete now has turned sour because of Mikes Transportation and R&H Motors. Stay away from both of them at any cost!!!! More
