We requested that the factory tires be replaced with a high-quality winter-traction tire. We had the General Manager pick the safest tire available. When we picked up our Outback, the price of upgrading the tires was very reasonable, the total price we paid for the Outback was fair, and we left the dealership knowing we had been treated well. R&G has a new building, but what shines the brightest in this dealership is the people that work there.
