My husband and I bought our 2011 Ford Explorer XLT today (3/14/2014) from RC Lacy in catskill, Our sales consultant, Chris knew exactly what I was looking for and delivered it! When I spoke with him last we (3/14/2014) from RC Lacy in catskill, Our sales consultant, Chris knew exactly what I was looking for and delivered it! When I spoke with him last week he said they didn't have any used Explorers that I was looking for on the lot that day, but that the dealership would be getting some explorers in that he thought I would like within the week. Chris kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on every step of the way, the car came in on Tuesday, he called me and had pictures emailed to me as soon as it got there. I test drove my car on Wednesday and brought it home today (Friday)! Chris also took the time to show me the features of the car before we took it home and answered any questions we had.
