Worst vehicle purchase ever experienced. Customer service was great until vehicle broke down right after it was delivered to our house, was a total motor loss. We were ignored for weeks and weeks. R & B was was great until vehicle broke down right after it was delivered to our house, was a total motor loss. We were ignored for weeks and weeks. R & B was completely unwilling to even work with us to make it right. Sent us in circles within the company, very unprofessional management over the phone. More

HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE! My husband found a truck HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE! My husband found a truck for sale in a printed ad. He called about the vehicle and spoke with Andy. He explained to An HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE! My husband found a truck for sale in a printed ad. He called about the vehicle and spoke with Andy. He explained to Andy that we lived 3 hours away but were very interested in this truck. After the course of a few days,and several calls asking questions and settling on a price,we made arrangements to purchase the vehicle. We explained that we both worked 3rd shift and would drive straight over when we got off that morning,estimating about at an 11:00 arrival. All went well, our parents drove us over so we could drive our new vehicle home. This was to be a CASH sale, and Andy knew this. Upon arrival at 11:05, we were greeted by another employee-Will. Will told us that the vehicle we had been expecting to purchase was out being test driven by someone else and he did not know if we could still buy it. Of course this was a great upset but Will was very nice so we patiently waited. After a while the other person returned the truck and we were given the chance to test drive. We came back and told Will we were ready to pay. Will said Andy would be coming out to finish our deal,he was not sure what was going on. We had yet to even meet Andy. We waited and waited and waited,in the parking lot, feeling totally ignored. After a great length of time (was after 2:00 when we left)we had reached our boiling point. I then went in and asked "who is Andy?", a guy nearby said "I am". I then asked what in the world was going on?,we had NEVER been treated so rudely by any car dealer!!! He never offered any apology and snapped back that he was a very busy man and had other customers. We then told him to forget it!!! and walked out. After no sleep,a 3 hour drive,total disregard for us, he lost a CASH sale! However, on the way home we found a dealer in Anderson with a MUCH nicer inventory and far better price. We have a beautiful new truck today that we love,far better than the one we were going to buy and cheaper too! Our parents also plan to buy from the Anderson dealer, they too were very impressed. We told my sister -in-law about another nice vehicle over there and she went the very next day and bought it. Andy lost 3 sales! I would NEVER recommend RB Car Company even to my worst enemy! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!!!(except for poor Will) More
