Horrible experience at the Quirky Subaru with " manager " Mr Ryan M. . We take 2 cars for test drive on Friday with him and he told us " at Quirks they don't charge overprice on thier cars". He came to the c Mr Ryan M. . We take 2 cars for test drive on Friday with him and he told us " at Quirks they don't charge overprice on thier cars". He came to the car without a mask and we ask him to wear it. He was working in a different Honda with his Dad and he said change to Quirky cause they don't charge overprice. I was happy to hear it but in the next day he changed his speech. Because the Wilderness are new vehicles we took both to try. I called him in the next day and hes behavior was totally different. He was sarcastic, I ask him that we choice the Forester and also ask for 300 off. He told me " good try Max " (i was in shock). He said he needs to charge 1000 overprice cause we are from out of state. We were not a good bussiness to them, cause we will not be back to change oil, buy accessories( really?) . He said he will charge not 2k only 1k( on Friday he told us they don't charge overprice). He also said that we took 3hs test drive with him(If you work in the car bussiness never tell your customer that you waist their time). My wife was listening it and we were in shock. He also said we did not purchase the vehicle on the day and now we need to pay the overprice (good for you if you sold a lot cars). Mr Daniel Quirky, please as a customer check this associate, hes behavior is not what your company took years to develop a great trust relation build up. I will do bussiness elsewhere that's fine but he can not treat a client like that. I have 25k as a down payment. We can buy a Forester Wilderness at any dealership in the entire country. I asked him, great you sold all of yours why you can not sell me one of the 3 lefts without charging me overprice like you said yesterday the answer was" you didn't bought it yesterday, did you? " 😱😱😱Have my wife hear all that crazy conversation makes me feel upset and this is the reason that I am taking my time to write it to you. I called on Friday and I spoke with a lady and still waiting for a phone call of Tom the store manager. I hope he calls me. Please if you read it, give a extra training on him and if you have some " sales people" I know it will not be happening(not Managers). I will buy a Forester for a different dealership and honestly would love do bussiness with your store cause of the reviews. I drove from Providence to visit your store and even with the dust because of construction looks like a great place to do bussiness.this " manager " can not be part of this corporation or at leats a 300hs of training will help him to do his job the way is supposed to be. I hope someone contact me soon. More
Excellent experience leasing a new Impreza from Tim Long, the sales manager at Quirk. No runaround, informative, gave me the straight story on where things were at in this crazy car market, and made me a ver the sales manager at Quirk. No runaround, informative, gave me the straight story on where things were at in this crazy car market, and made me a very fair deal on a 5-door sport model that was on the lot. I left to check out other cars after our initial discussions, and came back to make the deal two days later. No high pressure tactics. Really excellent experience. Would recommend to anyone. More

GEORGE VALENTGAS and TIM LONG, LIARS, MaNiPuLaTiVe person's who attempted to sell a Base Forester for $4000 over MSRP; They attempted to sell me a Base Forester for 28,550, without amenities. Then d person's who attempted to sell a Base Forester for $4000 over MSRP; They attempted to sell me a Base Forester for 28,550, without amenities. Then during a COVID Outbreak took advantage of front line workers, me a nurse. They HID the PRICE on an iPad never reviewed the price, They further went on to remove the window 'price breakdown' hid that in the dealership. Refused and would not review the features of the vehicle when asked more than 4 times. They were in such a hurry to have me sign the IPAD telling me "You are required to sign this IPAD before you leave our dealership, to hold the sale price" Being from out of town, working an entire 12 hour shift, they really attempted all avenues to take advantage of an out of town travel nurse. They are fully aware of what they are doing and don't care. Don't step foot in this dealership. Nothing about it is good for a consumer to do business with. The CEO of Subaru needs to review why it is that sales persons who are not honesty, lack integrity, or accountability, are allowed to deal with consumers in any capacity (putting the consumer at great risk economically) especially when they also have problems with other dealerships and no one wants to do business with them like exchanging cars etc... I think I'm a typical buyer and ended up with a great deal. I had a great experience at Quirk Works Subaru today. I had been working with Bobby for just over a month. I like to shop around and they had the best price I could find. Quirk also runs the Quincy Auto Auction, which is why their pre-owned vehicles are all high-end. Dan Quirk also does amazing stuff for the City of Quincy, so I had no hesitation by shopping here. They were able to get me a price I was happy with, and they were not pushy or "sleazy" at all. Bobby was probably the most respectful car salesman I've ever worked with. Ben in their Finance department was equally as great. I can't recommend these two individuals enough. If you're going to this dealership, ask to speak with Bobby-- and if you plan on financing ask for Ben specifically. I didn't talk to any of their other sales persons but I can personally vouch that they both got me out the door with an amazingly clean WRX at an amazing rate. I shopped around to Planet and Clay, and while Planet has a ton of great prices it seemed most of their vehicles were Manufacture Buybacks from Subaru of America (Lemons that were fixed). Clay had a very limited inventory and for me Quirk was closest to home and it seems like they have the biggest supply chain in the South Shore. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I'm glad they gave me a great warranty. More
